Here are some of my letters for the alphabet assignment
I organized my pictures so they are easier to see and understand which one I am talking about. Okay, to start off the first picture I am talking about # 1 is the shape of my sisters arm. The outline of her arm and back makes a lower case "u." The second, picture #2 are my grandmas little pups laying down next to each other sleeping. I thought that could work as an capital "O." I know I already have a capital "O" but I thought the picture was cute so I put it up. The next one # 3 is a picture of myself I took a while back. So, from looking at it now I realized on the right side of my hair it made a lower case "j." The next picture, # 4 is a picture I took when I went to the beach at night and it looks like a lower case "i" with the moon and the reflection of the moon on the ocean. The next image #5 which is a picture of me with my cat. I chose this picture because it looks like the outline of my legs make out a lower case "m". In the next picture # 6 I took a picture of the sky and it was from planes in the air. Lastly, image # 7 is a picture of my cat curled into a ball and I thought I would use this image as lower case "o." I hope these work!

Keith Barry does brain magic | Video on TED.com
This video is from one of the TED conferences I looked up. I watched a couple and this one was my favorite. Keith Barry's theory of brain magic had situations where one person was blind folded and the other person could "see" through the person with the blind fold on. At first I could not get my brain to understand how it worked. Until, I re-watched it a couple of times. The magic tricks he performs are pretty awesome. The TED conferences have a variety of people talking about there passions, and it is very inspiring. It is really cool how this little boy spoke at the Ted conference and talked about how he was trying to help our planet with all the bad food in the farms. He discussed how most of the food we eat from, animal meat to vegetables are injected with all of these unhealthy chemicals. The little boy looked between the age of 6 and 10 years old. Not only was this young kid so cute, but you could tell he had a strong concern with the health of others in our environment. Everyone at the TED conferences have unique and specials gifts to share. I encourage everyone to watch the videos.

Assignment 2 Part 3: Paragraph
To start off with I will say the two typefaces I chose are two downloaded fonts from 1001 free fonts.com. The two fonts are called "Shouldveknown" and "youmurderer." The first font shouldveknown is a bold face type with a little bit of a point edges. The reason for choosing this is because I wanted to chose a font that stands out and will catch your attention. Also, why I liked this type was because of the pointy edges because it reminds me of an arabic looking which is what i was going for. I want to represent the leader of libyans who is Muammar Gaddafi. So I thought that typeface worked perfect. The second typeface I am going to use is called you murderer and it looks like somewhat like a blood spattered effect. I like that it had the splattered effect because I wanted a typeface that shows the feelings of people in Libya. For my roughs I am thinking about trying to create the difference between the leader of libya and the poor people in the east who are against their leader. I want to portray a feeling of confusion, lostness, and panic.
Part 2 Assignment 2: Paragraph
For my project, I used one typeface as garamond and the other typeface as stencil. On my final mounted project the top and bottom have two different meanings. The top one portrays the significance of hierarchy and the ruler being in charge of the Libyas. The reason for using the stencil type face was because of the boldness and war looking typeface. Also, why I put the word "between" in the middle of my composition was to show the importance of the higher ruler between one of the libyas taking over. The reason for leaving the small typeface to the sides of the the word "between" was to show the feeling of some the libyas feeling small and innocent because the war is too powerful and they have no control over it. On the bottom picture I chose the repeating word "the war" to show emphasis on the impact of the the war being told to everyone throughout the media. Also the reason for writing "the war" in alignment was to portray it as voices from the army telling everyone the war is going on and somewhat presenting a robotic way of saying it. The reason of using the white blank space through the middle with the type saying "between he libyas" represents the isolation of libyans during the war. I didn't wanted to put the "between the libyas directly in the middle because I wanted to show that not all humans are perfect.
