Why I am taking this class
I am taking this class to have a better understanding of lettering and type to increase my knowledge of web design and type. In the future I want to become a photographer and want to eventually have my own photography website and I am going to need type skills to put my website together. Also, I want to take this class to know how to incorporate type into a designing system. Secondly, this class will be important if I need to put together a brochure or a photography book in the future. Lastly, this class will help me tremendously for my future career.

It's nice to meet you Brooke. I am looking forward to being in class with you. I see that you watch 'How I Met Your Mother', that's one of the best shows of all time.
