WORD1: The A is pushing down or attacking the r. The placement if the r on the edge gives us a sense of threat. The w does not bother me TOO MUCH BUT I DO BELIEVE it could have been pushed off the edge of the letter. WORD2: A good representation. My worry is the negative space between the lines – they are all a bit too evenly placed and therefore it looks uneven. The distance between the large words at the bottom is wrong – that is your tracking. It like a badge or a patch – then really look how the objects line is drawn. If you are drawing and object with type then you have to pay attention to the line shape, length and thickness.
